On Thursday March 16th, Donald Trump released his Presidential budget proposal for FY 2018. At only 53 pages, it outlines the direction he wants Congress to move but does not provide a large amount of fiscal details.

These are the proposed budget changes listed in the skinny budget for each government agency. Four agencies are set to see an increase, while 17 agencies are set to see a decrease. The largest increase is for the Department of Defense, which is set to see a $52.3B increase.
The largest decrease is for Health and Human Services, which is facing a $12.6B decrease. The General Services Administration is set to see the largest percent increase, at 66.7%. The Environmental Protection Agency faces the largerst percent decrease, at -30.5%.
